Deidox Films ("Deidox," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you visit deidox.org, why we collect it, and how we use it. We keep this simple on purpose - we're a small ministry, not a data company.
What we collect
Information you give us directly: your name and email address when you sign up for updates, submit a contact or inquiry form, or make a donation. If you give, our giving partner Fundraise Up also collects payment information necessary to process your gift - Deidox never sees or stores your card or bank details directly.
Information collected automatically: basic visit analytics (pages viewed, general location, device type) through VisitorTracking, a privacy-conscious analytics tool. We do not use Google Analytics or Meta/Facebook Pixel tracking on this site.
How we use it
We use your information to send the updates you signed up for, respond to messages you send us, process and receipt donations, and understand how people use this site so we can make it more useful. We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.
Who we share it with
We work with a small number of trusted services to run this site and our ministry: MailerLite (email updates), Fundraise Up (secure donation processing), Formspree (contact form delivery), and VisitorTracking (site analytics). Each of these services only receives the information necessary to do its job, and each maintains its own privacy and security practices.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send. If you'd like us to delete information we have about you, email us at info@deidox.org and we'll take care of it.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
